Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

But things change, now I have some medical problems that are curtailing track events so I decided to get a fun street car.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have to agree with you that it is a little quiet compared to other areas. Maybe these don't go wrong as much yet?
Your car looks great - congratulations!
The '72 you sold sounds as though it was probably a lot of fun too. I wouldn't mind one of those, always fancied an older car. I'm not sure my wife would appreciate me getting back to 3 Porsches though...
Congratulations, that looks like a great car. I've only driven one 996 (a 99 model year) but I was quite impressed. I found the old car and the new have similar handling traits. How are you finding her so far? She must be quite a bit more comfortable! Good luck.
My old car (1972 "RS") was exactly what I wanted when I built it in 1990, excellent track OK street car. I have been a PCA instructor for 20+ years.
But things change, now I have some medical problems that are curtailing track events so I decided to get a fun street car. The 996 cab is all of that!
The 1972 driving experience was a little more raw. 2400 lbs 240hp and modified suspension made for a very responsive sharp edged drive. The 996 @ 3200lbs and 320hp has close to the same power to weight with a softer edge and TORQUE. I love to ride with the top down and the heat on in our 50 degree days and I look forward to the AIR conditioning on the hotter days of summer.
My 2003 has the dreaded RMS leak. I got it at a high end resallers shop. They are going to replace the RMS and repair a couple of little odds and ends.
