Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I have checked three different sources, including TUBI.

I need to check back with my salesman, but he did tell me that he had someone locally here that could do the Chrome work for me.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I know i read a few posts on the chrome exhaust, but i could not find them today. I was just wondering whether you guys are planning on getting the stock exhaust chromed yourselves; or are you waiting for the round sport exhaust to become available; or will you bebuying otheraftermarket exhausts. Just want some feedback so i can make my decision.

My order of events.....
Take stock SS exhaust tip off and polish to a shiny finish......if still not right or gets stained too easily then....
I will take the tip and have it chromed myself. Later when the round ones become available I will look at them and make a decision.
I have a feeling that the polished stainless steel version will be just fine for me.
Wish I could post a picture of the polished tips, but our little Nikon digicam gave up the ghost yesterday. When I have some time over the weekend I will pick up a new digital camera and post some close ups.
I spent about three hours on this. Not so bad, but I could have purchased three of the optional chrome tips at my billing rate for the time commitment.

I agree time is money, but it is what we do when it come to cars. Just depends on the level of polish you want your car to have.
If you don't want the round tips or can't get them then there is little choice. I think they may be available for a build now, but I haven't tried to add them back into my order - I'd hate to delay it any farther.
Anyone looking at aftermarket headers and exhaust for a power increase? I know Fabspeed makes a great exhaust and they have the 987 Boxster S version out now.
I just called Phil at Suncoast to order my flashlight, touch up paint and a Cayman key loop. I asked him about the chrome exhaust tips and he said the same thing, nothing shown.

AZ, Different sponsor but they need a starter core replacement tip to begin the process. Local shops can probably do the job fairly cheap and fairly quickly.
I need to check back with my salesman, but he did tell me that he had someone locally here that could do the Chrome work for me. I will be happy with that if it can be done in a day or two.
