Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

does the timing need adjusting, there are tools do so this ?
Leading evidence: 'Adjust there are tools do so this' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Adjust there are tools do so this' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

So yesterday car was running fine but when I gave it some upto 6000rpm it started to run really bad would not idle and when I read codes it seems whole of bank 1 is down.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

So today I swopped out the coils on bank 1 as I had a spare working set and no change.
So yesterday car was running fine but when I gave it some upto 6000rpm it started to run really bad would not idle and when I read codes it seems whole of bank 1 is down. Got codes PO300 PO301 PO302 and PO303. No other codes at all apart from a historic coolant temp sensor fault that I can't clear even after new sensor.
So today I swopped out the coils on bank 1 as I had a spare working set and no change. Spark plugs are all new but I took cyl 3 out and it looked a bit wet with fuel not soot.
I presume I can rule out AOS as that would affect both banks along with MAF.
Cam deviations are on 0 and steady but actual cam position is fluctuating alot as video but thats on cold engine and i had to up revs to stop it stalling.
No codes for O2 sensors
My Scanner a Foxwell NT530 won't seem to allow me to do Active link tests on the cam actuator or injectors.
So question is what else can I check ?
Help appreciated before i have to take it to Porsche Specialist
Cheers

the Foxwell NT530 is a fine scanner but wont ever be able to do active link tests on the cam actuator or injectors

How have you got on with this. Looking at the vid the trace is staying between -6 and -7, the scale changes part way through. I'm not familiar with the na engine but that's not all over the place to me. Not sure what the value should be but on the 996 turbo that's right oround where a code would be set. What's the other bank reading?
Again while not familiar with this engine generally something is affecting just one bank. The things that can do that are things like cam timing and o2 sensors and maybe a blocked cat. Bad timing and o2 sensors generally cause a code, can you see o2 sensor values, if so compare with the other bank. Shame you don't have a durametric tester as you can see more values, and can operate solenoids etc.
It might be worth cutting the filter open to see if there are any bits of guide, or even taking the sump place off looking for the same.
