Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

This car had a previous collision, that I felt made adjusting the window impossible, ultimately I fiddled with it for weeks, and got it as best i could...but feels like no matter what i did, the aft part of the window was an 1/8th low.
Leading evidence: 'Adjust window impossible, ultimately i fiddled' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Adjust window impossible, ultimately i fiddled' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

As hardtailer mentioned, check your front door window fit.

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

It for sure does, but is there a vent that I cant see? If the blower is off no whistling, and if the blower is in recirc no whistling. With fresh air on and blower above like a 3.whistling
With the fan on and fresh air coming in, you are attempting to add air to the cabin volume -- you are pressurizing it, in other words. The whistling is the sound of that air escaping through a narrow gap.
There should be a flow-through exit vent somewhere towards the back of the cabin but TBH I don't know where it is on these cars.
As hardtailer mentioned, check your front door window fit. If the window is all the way up it should drop slightly when the door is opened, and stay that way until after the door closes. If this doesn't happen it can cause the window to seal poorly. It's not uncommon for this to happen on these cars at this age. Replacing the door latch fixes it.
I didn't think about the door latch. This car had a previous collision, that I felt made adjusting the window impossible, ultimately I fiddled with it for weeks, and got it as best i could...but feels like no matter what i did, the aft part of the window was an 1/8th low. I also tried massaging the door hinges by pulling the door off and attempted tightening up the hinge bolt to the door as well....Do you have any insight on the door latch adjustment wdb?
Sorry, no insights on door latch adjustment other than what I might be able to dig up online. My door latch is misbehaving, causing my window to drop when the handles are pulled but then go back up again even though the door is open. The latch assembly is binding just a bit, which is causing the issue. I have to close the door until the latch touches the catch in order for it to go back down, or manually press down on the lever arm inside the latch. Otherwise my window won't seal correctly.
Short way to test if it is a problem like that: with the door closed, lower the window a few inches and then close it again. That should allow it to seal up. You should also be able to put your fingers up there and see if it affects the sound.
