Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Anyone have one of these on their car? https://www.rennline.com/carbon-fiber-front-lip-e304 If so, how does it look. I want to make the front end of the car a bit more aggressive.

I follow someone on IG that has one. Heres a pic from his page.

POST 3Original post

I like the look. Might look at getting one for my '05 C4S when my front spoiler gets any more chewed up on driveway curbs. That would be the only thing I'd be concerned about - less clearance. Looks lower than stock, which I scrape every couple of weeks now.

POST 4Original post

Maybe it’s the lighting reflection, but those outside edges look like curb feelers to me.

POST 5Original post

https://www.ebay.com/itm/320981348354 I accidently ordered this 996 turbo front lip and had it installed on my 996 4s. It looks good IMO.

POST 6Original post

I like them and have seriously considered it. I believe it's part of the aero kit? I had to skip it because of my driveway. I'd scrape every time and destroy it quite quickly. Our cars have a bit of overhang past the front wheels and this only extends it. It does look great though! I might shed a tear if I had the carbon version and heard the scraping!

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I ordered one. Ill let you guys know how it looks and how much lower it is.

POST 8Original post

In case this isn't well known, the C4S front spoiler lip was specifically designed for that car for specific performance advantages. . Not that many of us would notice a difference in performance with an aftermarket custom one, I wouldn't be able to. From: https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...l#post14125769

POST 9Original post

Here's some terrible pictures of mine. The one in the rain is before I added coilovers and the rear Aero deck lid.
