Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I can now use a cut through to the A3 at Tolworth and then joining the M25 two exits from Junction 8 where I normally get on.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi All,
My Certificate of conformity came through after nearly a month of waiting. The form is in German and makes interesting reading, I do have a little German so interesting to learn some new car related language.
I will scan it off and send it to TFL and see what happens!
All the best,
Phil.
Be prepared for them to throw it back saying that the document is not from the manufacturer...............!
Oh how we laughed (that was me and the very helpful lady from Porsche UK) when TFL said that to me in their 2nd rejection of my 996.
Never give up, never surrender to TFL!!
Received my CoC last Wednesday, just inside the 28 days I'd been told by Porsche to allow. Uploaded it to the TfL website together with the cover letter from Porsche and a scan of my V5C. The following day my car's status on TfL's website was updated showing my car meets the ULEZ standards - handy as I went to car meets in Wimbledon and Parsons Green at the weekend!
Incidently my March 98 Carrera's NOx level shows 0.063 g/km.
When I submitted mine I drew their attention to the relevant clause number (46.1) for NOx emissions to save them having to argue about translations. No problem getting it accepted.
Got it back from TfL in days. Took CAZ a bit longer to accept it and turn it round for the other cities (about 6 weeks IIRC) with ULEZ but got there in the end.
Good luck Phil !
That’s it Monty, if the car doesn’t meet TFL stipulated Emissions it’s £12.50 a day to drive in the zone.
Edinburgh got a similar thing haven’t they ?
Just a heads up , I did the whole process of getting TFL compliant for the 996. Thinking that the DVLA would have updated all the the relevant bodies, nope, when I did the NC500 we went to Edinburgh upon my return home I was greeted by a ULEZ fine. I paid it then went through the process of complaining and having their database updated, I got a full refund.

I';m not sure about Edinburgh and will check. I am going to aplly for Edinburgh, Birmingham and Bristol, not that I have plans but we might take the car there. It's a shame it isn't all joined up but very glad to have compliance in London as I am 1 mile from the Cameras.
You need to do TfL for London ULEZ and CAZ for England/Wales ULEZ cites and Scotland for their cities as 3 separate applications. To date I've only got TfL and CAZ sorted, not tried Scotland yet.
