Suggestion · Original poster

The Parrot uses a standard ISO connector in order to make use of a vehicle's speaker system, however, looking at PET, it doesn't seem that the head unit uses ISO...but I haven't taken it out (yet) to check.

Ideally, I'd really like to make use of the phone module that comes with PCM, but I don't want to be removing the sim from my phone every time I hop in...anyone have any other suggestions?

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Does anyone have any experience, or any knowledge, of installing a Parrot bluetooth kit (CK3100) in to a C4 with PCM1/CDR22? The Parrot uses a standard ISO connector in order to make use of a vehicle's speaker system, however, looking at PET, it doesn't seem that the head unit uses ISO...but I haven't taken it out (yet) to check. Ideally, I'd really like to make use of the phone module that comes with PCM, but I don't want to be removing the sim from my phone every time I hop in...anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks.

POST 2Original post

I personally ripped the whole thing out and installed a Kenwood system. Drastic I know, but is a better fit, and cheaply upgradable satnav
