Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, My C4 has the bog standard stereo set up, although it does have the Becker sat Nav head unit. I successfully changed the dash speakers to Audiobahn AS64PQ. Which are plate speakers that allow the necessary cutting to fit it to Porsche tear drop shaped hole. The problem with these speakers is that they are quiet, even compared to the original paper speakers in the back. Do you guys think they are quiet because they haven't bedded in, or they need linking to an amp ? Instead of the Audiobahn, I am also looking at fitting some Infinity 462.5CFP in the rear which are also plate speakers but with a slightly larger medium speaker. But they are 2 Ohm and the speakers coming out are 4 Ohm. So the real question is can I drop in these 2 Ohm speakers without worrying about over heating the head unit ? (You can't get teh 4 Ohm Infinity Plate speakers in the UK, unless someone knows different) Cheers Stu
