I need to replace the front discs and pads on my 02 996 Targa. Unlike Howard (See thread 996 Brakes) I have found the standard ones perfectly adequate. The pads though have not lasted well (8000 miles). Should I stick with the standard set up or have a look at something else? Opinions please Migration info. Legacy thread was 65285
