Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I saw a dark blue facelift 996C4 sitting in a field on Saturday, about 50 metres from a 996-shaped hole in the hedge on the A4130 between Wallingford and Henley. Looked like the result of either aquaplaning during the very heavy rain, or an over-ambitious overtaking manoeuvre. Either way, no one hurt, I hope it was no-one on here... Migration info. POST 4Original post

Having taken the Lotus out for a blast on Saturday over Henley way, I can honestly say the only appropriate mode of transport would have required a keel. It was bleedin torrential. Roads were like rivers. And I remember why the Lotus don't go out in the rain, it leaks like a sieve. Migration info. Legacy thread was 67540
