Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Cleaned around the rads tonight, before it goes for its inspection next week, trying to make sure it is covered under wtty. I have to say that there was a vast amount of rubbish trapped in there, mostly leaves, and the only way to get it out, was a stick and the hover nozzle, I can see why the cores can rot, very bad design, and no where for the crap to go, and damn difficult to see in there, let alone clean. I would recomend all 996 owners clean in there once a month. Migration info. Legacy thread was 62599

POST 2Original post

Cheers mate, I will get out there and clean mine. I don't think mine are as exposed as on the C4S though. Migration info. Legacy thread was 62615

POST 3Original post

Thanks Daz, I'll take a look at this. Had a good go with a stick at scraping the crap from under the rear arches yesterday. Really needed a shovel !! Migration info. Legacy thread was 62622

POST 4Original post
