I just changed mine, and used Bosch again as they have lasted nearly 4 years and 30k miles. I have previously had others plugs that have only lasted 15k miles and let me down while abroad, and my reason for sticking with Bosch again this time. It was only a precautionary change while I had the car in the air.

This is the Bosch part quoted by Porsche for the M96.03 engines from 2002 model year. It would be interchangeable.

I had fancy NGK Iridiums put in when my engine was rebuilt some 20k km ago. I changed them out over the winter and used Bosch FR6KQE, which cost maybe 1/3 of the NGKs. 0 perceivable different for the worse, perhaps on the contrary and the Bosch seem to work better.
