Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

It's always a good time to look for tires. I've been on the PCA site and the 996 moderator only recommends 'Approved Tires' or 'N' Rated tire. Do owners out there really follow this 'N' rating system that Porsche has or just buy the tire they like? The list of 'Approved Tires' is pretty short. Also, when we bought this '02 C2 it didn't have a radio manual with it. It's the stock radio with tape cassette in the radio with the CD changer in the front. Is there any after market manuals for this radio? Thanks for your thoughts.

POST 2Original post

Porsche only for the manual I'm afraid. Use any tire that you like as long as it meets speed ratings.

I think the radio is a BECKER ? Right ? The manual can be purchased from them too , maybe even downloaded from their site ? I remember looking at their site a while ago , and I downloaded a manual from there. EDIT : Try : www.beckerautosound.com I believe you must have a CR220 unit , and the manual is available for downloading there.
