Hi I have a 2006 997 cabriolet, I'm looking for a new exhaust. I'm looking for something that doesn't sound like a honda-civic with a huge muffler.
I've looked at a few but I wanted to hear your suggestions.
Thanks.

they have sound bites to listen too. I put headers and exhaust by Fabspeed it gave the car a kind of grunt @ 5 thou. rpms I dyno'd the car got 14hp @the wheels. Also Tubi makes a good one as well, they are lighter than the fabspeed but about the same price. You can find the adds in Excellence magazine.
sorry at the crank, here's how it broke down headers, exhaust,EVO intake, Revo chip on 101 oct. gas on a 3.6 carrera it gave me 371 hp @ the crank on a mustang dyno some say is conservative, if you subtract 15% for the drivetrain that is real world HP. All on the same day with everthing installed.
Thank you... I called over there and they wanted $2200 for the Tubi Exhaust, I don't want to spend that much. I only want to spend up to $1500, I would prefer even less...
What about the Febspeed Maxflo Mufflers? Does anyone have them?
Thanks for your help,
Lee
Schnell doesn't have exhaust for the 997, only the 996... he mentioned 3 or 4 months... I guess I'll go ahead and order the Febspeed? Would you recommend I get the Cold Air Kit as well?
yes, I have one if you want it, But again I would put the EVO high flow air kit but its expensive 595.00 I have it on my 996 that's how you make the HP. Send me a pm for info on the Fabspeed cold air box.
