Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Planet-9: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

I have had a letter of intent at my local dealer, phoned today to talk about placing my order, they tell all build slots taken, get my car in July/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/cry_smile.gif. Phoned around a few other dealers & can get car for May/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/teeth_smile.gif The first dealer informed me he has taken 15 Cayman S orders in the last three weeks.

POST 7Original post

S-Line, Thanks for the nice comments, helps when others are bashing a new site simply because it is new. Sorry to say I'm not on your side of the pond so I can't help with dealer recommendations, but hopefull another user here can!

POST 8Original post

Hi S-Line The dealer I spoke to the other day said I could get a Jan or Feb delivery - he was at Chiswick OPC. My car is onorder at Guildford OPC, for a Jan/Feb delivery (which I may well hold for Mar for an 06 plate). Hope this helps a bit. Tonse

We have just got hold of one slot for a November 2005Cayman ! You will still be able to change the spec up to the end of this month. The car will be UK spec and from Porsche Main Dealer. Please contact me for details. The Porsche waiting list for the New Cayman is at least 6 months for most UK main dealers!

POST 11Original post

Tonser, Have you chosen your spec yet? I ordered my Cayman from AFN Chiswick a long while back, got November 05 delivery (fingers crossed).

POST 12Original post

POST 13Original post

Hi Justin I havent specced it yet - apparently I will be doing it in the first week of October (January build). I havent fully decided yet, but I'm thinking of Basalt with the standard alloys, and the two tone grey/black interior. I think the mechanics will be as standard, and the interior fully loaded with adaptive seats, PCM, phone module, Bose, etc. However that could all change !!!! Good luck with yours. Tonse
