Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

For leather dye I have been using Seat Doctor which is easy to use and has worked well.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

You can also find for pretty cheap brake handles on ebay that are in pretty good shape that may make it even easier. Or use as a test case to see how it turns out.

If you want to go the more expensive route with paint, primer and plastic pre primer stick stuff, you can go with Automotive Touchup.

Thanks guys. Step 1/2 is done - seat doctors did the trick for the handle part. The leather is looking much better.
Question about the bottom part. As the paint begins to flake off, it looks like its actually metal underneath rather than plastic. Will ColorBond work on that?
