I used design 911 as my supplier, and found out from them that the 996 fan had been superseded by the 997 one, but now needs an additional piece of loom to convert the fan to fit a 996.

Morning all, Just curious are the radiators on the c4 and c4s the same? Finding c4s radiators seems to be coming out with only Mahle at 900 quid whereas the C4 has heaps for much more sensible prices

Is the c4s the same as the turbo? I have a c4s bumper and bought the rad air ducks to match the bumper but it mounts differently to the ones on mine.

I was going to start a new thread, but read this one and think my fiindings will be of interest to many of the Carrera4s owners on here. The right hand radiator fan stopped working, so I looked to replace it. I used design 911 as my supplier, and found out from them that the 996 fan had been superseded by the 997 one, but now needs an additional piece of loom to convert the fan to fit a 996. And as you can see by the photo, it comes with the resistor pack. It all fitted in place of the old one, and for those wondering, you do not have to remove the radiator from the car, which means that draining the coolant down is not necessary.
