Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

You *must* talk to Lee77 - he had exactly this done to his 996. Either look at some old posts or communicate with him directly through the members' email address book.

POST 2Original post

Just read an Evo review on the facelifted 996 suspension options. The -10mm drop tightens things up nicely without sacraficing ride. The -30mmm drop becomes too harsh day to day, apparently.

POST 3Original post

Parr Motorsport in Godstone is the place to go, ask to speak to Matt on 01342-892911 mention me if you like. Cheers and good luck Lee.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

...my soon to arrive 996 C4 doesn't have sports suspension - how much would it cost to have the upgrade done either by Porsche or a specialist tuner? Any recommended setups? Also, would appreciate opinions on feasibility/possible results of engine tuning (once out of warranty!). Thanks
