This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • 911uk: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Outcome without a verified action link

Will get it checked out when the car has a service done next month but unless it's covered under the warranty (which I doubt) I won't bother having it fixed as the roof still works fine every time witht he button in the car.....

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Although I don't use it very often, I tried to put the cab roof down today using the key and it wouldn't work. It wound down the window and started to move the roof then stopped. Tried again and same problem. Doesn't really bother me but wondered if anyone else has had a similar problem ? Will get it checked out when the car has a service done next month but unless it's covered under the warranty (which I doubt) I won't bother having it fixed as the roof still works fine every time witht he button in the car..... Migration info. Legacy thread was 75987

POST 2Original post

I have had it stop once, but only when I hadn't put the roof up properly. Don't see why it wouldn't be covered by warranty, sounds like an electrical problem of some sort. Migration info. Legacy thread was 75988

POST 3Original post

Just make sure they do not blame it on "wiring" as that is excluded by the waranty, or so they claim. Faults like what you describe should be covered. Migration info. Legacy thread was 75990

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Warranty will be worth a try I guess....... Migration info. Legacy thread was 76007
