Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • 911uk: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Old forum user Unidentified(11139) wrote: Am I being stupid or are the HT leads on my 996 invisible? I can't see them anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction because i think they are the cause of my missfire and need replacing. Also, are they the coil type like on new Audi's? Migration info. POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Old forum user Unidentified(11139) wrote: Ignore my stupidity, i've found them but they were hidden well away tucked behind a heat shield behind each exhaust silencer. Once the heat shiled was off I decided not to continue as they look almost impossible to get at so i'll take it to my local specialist for them to replace. Does anyone know of any specialists in the Wrexham area? Migration info. Legacy thread was 78684

A simple fix though I will of course let the pro's do it as it could easily be something else. Migration info. Legacy thread was 78776
