Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi all, I was driving the car (996) over the weekend and felt something really strange and wanted to run it by you all. when taking off slowly in first gear all is ok, but in 2nd and third as the spedd increases it seems like the car miss's for a split sec - it doesnt drop in power but as if it something blocks and nblocks if that makes sense? i think i could copmpare it to when one of the spark plug leads is a bit dodgy and the car kinda skips a beat! when accelarating harder there is no problem and also this doesnt happen all the time! i havent actually checked the leads - but could it be that? i only just had it serviced a few weeks ago and nothing was picked up then. I hope the description makes sense!! Thanks Migration info. Legacy thread was 77457
