Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Run a magnet over the filter media to check for ferrous debris?

's point, I do cut the filter open and inspect for any particles every time.

Funny enough though I don't loose any oil between changes which i heard can be quite common, even with my 3k mile interval.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Just did my first ever Blackstone Analysis on my 2001 c4 and I am happy with the results. How does this compare to others and does this mean I can sleep well at night with the Internet-famous bore scoring and other engine problems these models could have? I am absolutely loving the car.

How long did it take to get the resuslts? I've got one of their testing containers that I never used (for a diff car) and totally forgot about it. Now i've got a 99 996 and curious!
I had an analysis done on my daily driver (Lexus GX470) back in October and the results took approximately a month from the date I mailed the sample to them.
I had an analysis done on my MY99 C2 a week ago with SPEEDiagnostix and got results back in about 3 business days.
Oil analysis is one part of the process, but it will not find any large pieces of plastic, metal, etc. Did you inspect the oil filter? Run a magnet over the filter media to check for ferrous debris? Have you checked cam deviation numbers? Crankcase vacuum? Logged DME codes? All of these work in conjunction with oil analysis to give you an overall health picture.
What is your comparison? In more normal times 2-3 weeks was the norm. Waiting 3-5 weeks now is not bad. Especially in a world where you often cannot get anything from replacement windows or a water heater for your house for 3-5 months.
That said, maybe I am biased. I have a sizable fleet and have been using Blackstone for all fluids for more than a decade. One they get to know your vehicle it becomes much more intimate. I provide the VIN so that another owner can access the data. Here is my second and third samples on a 2019 RS. Unlike
@igrip
this sample is the second and third on a very low mileage car. The two are different and moving in the right direction. Did you see how they caught this was my third sample and not the second as I thought. I forgot about the break-in sample.
Next sample at 6000 miles
@igrip
engine is in a very good place!
For more ****s and giggles here is a Blackstone report on my 996 GT3 transaxle fluid. Note the reference to averages based on miles. This car is mostly tracked and has a custom Guard diff pack.
I am a bloodwork freak? LOL.
Here's my last report for reference (2003 C4S). For reference the mileage is in Kilometers.

's point, I do cut the filter open and inspect for any particles every time. The only thing so far are some tiny brown stringy silicone looking pieces (soft, not hard) which coincide with my valve cover showing a bit of leaking on bank 1. Funny enough though I don't loose any oil between changes which i heard can be quite common, even with my 3k mile interval. I haven't dropped the oil pan yet and will do that on my spring oil change.
