Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

If you have the OEM Navigation, does it allow you to change destinations while driving (or make you stop and change)?

It's a great system and allows you to change destinations while underway.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

If you have the OEM Navigation, does it allow you to change destinations while driving (or make you stop and change)?
I've read that the built in OEM does traffic. Which system does it use to receive updates? I'd like to know if it works in Memphis before I consider adding it.
I got the Nuvi 350 today. It's a great system and allows you to change destinations while underway. Nice compact unit sits on the dash (suction cup to window) and is not cumbersome at all to use. $597.50 from pcnation.com in Chicago. Ordered it on Wednesday and received it today. No sales tax and no shipping charge. Get it now!
I went to pcnation.com and verified the price. $597 is a smokin price. I just ordered the garmin nuvi 350on costco.com for $697 including tax and shipping. I will return it as soon as I get it. Thanks for the info.
I don't think the built in nav does traffic but it's nice that they figure you can safely juggle the car and finding a destination though without stopping.
the only real drawback is that you can't pick random places by name, you kind of have to know the address unless it's a restraunt or porsche dealership
I like the nuvi 350 and use it in other cars.
Also, say you walked several city blocks and are trying to remember where you left the car in a some crowded parking lot or on the street. If you carry the small Nuvi with you and have entered the final location of your vehicle it can take you right to it.
According to the international Porsche site, it does. See the following:

I can't seem to find any reference to it working in the US. Can anyone confirm/deny?
$597 is a great price. I found a place here in LA that was selling for $598, so I took their ad to my nearest Best Buy,they pricematched it, and then put an order in with their warehouse (they were out of stock in the store). 2 weeks later, I received not one Nuvi 350, but *two* units, about a day apart!
The Porsche site references the Traffic Message Channel

The only question would be does the US version of PCM support this?
European version DOES show traffic, and can be set to re-route you based on the traffic conditions. This is a pan-europena system. ie you can drive from Edinburgh to Rome and it will take you there, showing traffic condiditions all the way.
As for not having stores like Best Buy and Circuit city in it... where would you stop? Safeway? 7-11? Kwiki-Mart??? and how could you possibly hope to keep the information anything like current considering how often stores open and close? You'd be buying a new DVD disc every 3 months at a huge cost!
I agree with c7xlg. I am glad it has restaurant names, landmarks, etc. Also, I don't know if this is true, but I've suspected the NavTec dvd has some general traffic survey data on it, because when I was in LA, the nave would take me different routes at different times of day, and frequently there was very little traffic, even on routes that my family (LA Residents) said should be a parking lot. It's ironic that the TMC here in the US is on satellite radio, when that's not even an option on these vehicles.
There are two forms of traffic communication. One of them is distributed by XM. The other is distributed over FM by ClearChannel. I believe that is the TMC traffic channel. It is compatible with the European RDS system. If you look at the Garmin nuvi 350, 260 or streetpilot c550, they all can recieve that fm channel and provide traffic info. The question is, can the PCM in the Cayman do the same thing?
