Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.

0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Suggestion

You need to reset the chrono with the stalk and let it cycle back to zero and that will turn the light out.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

last week my batterywent down because i haven't used the car for 2 weeks. When i re-charged the battery the chrono switched on, and now also if i don't use it it is always on. It's stop but the lights it's always on.Anyone has a solution different to bring the car to porsche service?

POST 2Original post

You need to reset the chrono with the stalk and let it cycle back to zero and that will turn the light out. There is an option in the PIWIS to have the chrono light on whenever the parking lights / headlights are on, but by default the chrono light is only supposed to come on when the chrono is in use or has a saved time on it.

POST 3Original post

Yes, i tried but the light is always on anyway...it isn't a big problem, next time i'll go to the porsche service i'll do itto check. Thanks/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/wink_smile.gif

POST 4Original post

Always use a battery charger when the car is parked for more than a week.
