Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion

Right now I use the regular starmate receiver then broadcast over the FM modulator, however something fully integrated would be much better.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 2Original post

Looks like a nice system and I'd love to have satellite integrated. However, not being an audiophile, I'll tolerate the poor sound quality of the FM transmitter of my Sirius S50 or Ipod compared to the price of the unit plus the 8-hour Porsche installation fee. I think my local dealer is $125/hour. Whew, it's getting pricey. Looks nice however. Edited by - KMKman on 07/20/2006 09:54:47 AM

POST 3Original post

Yes Cayenne unit works in Cayman, but it cost $1000, PLUS you MUST have PCM (another $3K) so for $4K you can have Sat Radio. Too expensive for my blood...

POST 4Original post

Has anyone actually installed a Cayenne or this Sirius Satellite product in their Cayman? I have PCM in mine and want to do this, but it would be nice if it had been done before. I know it has been done in the 997's.
