Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I currently use Bilt Hamber auto wheel which I have never had any issues with. Will be collecting a car with centre locks and PCCB's, I've seen some horrendous damage on centre locks which I assume is down to the type of wheel cleaner that has been applied. So I am looking for recommendations for this, plus I will have PCCB's which I assume there will be no issue with, but thought is was worth mentioning also.

POST 2Original post

With PCCBs you should never need to use a wheel cleaner. Normal wash and rinse keeps the wheels and associated hub and arch areas looking fresh. Only had centre locks once and no issues, but never used a wheel cleaner.

POST 3Original post

had PCCB's for 7 years now, never needed to use anything other then car shampoo (Dodo Juice is my go to, other products are available ) because they dont dust really you never have to get heavy with anything, my wheels/rotors/discs callipers are all still immaculate

POST 4Original post

Just normal shampoo/wash. It’s the more aggressive stuff that causes the damage.
