Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

18 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

So after seeing a couple 987's with the 981 style rear Porsche Cayman S badge (script) im going to attempt this today. what are all your thoughts anyone else done this recently? im not sure if i should do it on the back hatch or attempt to to it above the licence plate like the GT4 has it. JonjMay's Cayman kind of gave me an inspiration, although i do not have a wing. just a ducktail. not sure if this would look good? i have the black Porsche Letters coming in today, and i have the smaller 981 Cayman S script with black and red S.

POST 12Original post

Dear PP, Looks Good. Thanks for the compliment. I can get you the CF wing for your car for $850 delivered, new if you like. It fits beautifully and while the carbon fiber is over a fiber glass base it is of excellent quality and the hardware is absolutely amazing in quality. You can still use your auto ducktail with it. POST 13Original post

I've added PORSCHE and 987 Cayman S on the rear of my 06 CS.

POST 14Original post

Hi, thanks for your post. It's like 5 years later I'm just trying to do the same thing with my 987.1 Boxster S . I ordered a ducktail to Joe Toth an I'm thinking about removing the Boxster S lettering and adding the Porsche ones. Not sure yet if it doing it on the ducktail or back hatch or above license plate. Any recommendations, measurements, etc... would be much appreciated it. Thanks.

POST 16Original post

It looks really nice! Thanks for the picture!

POST 18Original post

Did this on my 987.1 Not the slickest, but it’s rarely exposed in the majority of my driving. Only pops up when I hit the highway a couple times a month.
