Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi All Could anyone tell me what tyre pressures they use on their 996? I have just checked mine and they are all slightly different pressures! (996 Targa) so not sure what they should be. Thanks kind regards Andy

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for letting me know what your tyre pressures are, most appreciated. I will try them. I have just found my owners manual and it says 36psi front and 44 psi rear. But that just seems a little excessive! kind regards Andy

POST 4Original post

Hi Andy As you say the manual states 36psi front and 44 psi rear. A lot of owners run less & my personal preferance is 32F & 40 R when cold.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks Andy, very much appreciated. I will try 32 / 40 kind regards Andy

POST 6Original post

Assuming you have 18" wheels, of course.......
