Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Recent postings have suggested Porsche may be about to increase the warranty from £725 to not far short of £900. If this is the case, has anyone tried to renew their warranty early and what was the OPC's response. Taking my C2 to the local OPC tomorrow for a 12K service and will try and renew the warranty in advance; it does not expire till end of November.
When I bought my GT3 I had the OPC do the inspection - the price increase was due the day after I bought the car - bless them they actually put it on the system on the day before the increase so I wouldn't suffer [
]
So I think the increase has already occurred [

count yourself lucky chaps!
I bought an M3 CSL and the previous owner put a years warranty on it for nearly 1100 pounds.
plus I have to cough up 250 pounds for every cliam.
at 800 pounds the OPC warranty is a STONKER!!
Have just renewed the warranty 6 weeks in advance for £725 no problem. OPC state that there is a price hike next month but would not be drawn on how much. The OPC identified the early signs of an oil leak that looks like it may be RMS. As yet there is no oil on garage floor so I intend to hang fire and see if it gets worse. Are the OPC's keen to replace RMS's under warranty ? Bought a set of wiper blades while I was there for £17.03 inc VAT, must be a bargain !
I paid £34 for a new set of original blades from

What a rip-off! [

Looks like Porsche are following BMW's pricing table , my M3 warranty increased from £720 to £1050 with an excess for each claim , I think the Porsche one is still a bargain!
