Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I must mention that I did close the boot lid with the battery disconnected ( you plonker Rodney) I thought but I remembered the red tag that pulls out of the fuse board so I connected my jump battery pos to the red tag and my neg to the door latch and it worked by the key again great little design.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

in my post what did you do I have explained I'm changing the oil leve/ temp sensor when I open the box they sent wrong one so put the back together and started her. She started but made a blowing air noise and ran unevenl. Checked that all hoses were back on propearly etc and found nothing it seems that something has even sprung a slit in a air pipe or would it do this if the flexible part of the oil filler pipe had a split somewhere. I must mention that I did close the boot lid with the battery disconnected ( you plonker Rodney) I thought but I remembered the red tag that pulls out of the fuse board so I connected my jump battery pos to the red tag and my neg to the door latch and it worked by the key again great little design.
