Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

What would be classic Porsche silver,rhodium,GT,platinum,artic,polar,dolomite...etc?

POST 2Original post

Any specific year? 64 though 75 was Silver Metallic. All the specific color charts and model info are a Google search away

POST 4Original post

I don't know about "classic", but my personal favourite is GT Silver.

POST 5Original post

neither year..I ask in general.. Silver that will has the most assocition with Porsche ,just like red is with Ferrrari..

POST 6Original post

All personal pref and I also think it might matter what car you have it on. I have Rhodium Silver ) Cayman S ) which has a blue hue to it, absolutely beautiful, is it classic? It is for me! I think if there was a single "classic" there would not be so many variations! It is classic if it is a Porsche color sold by Porsche for your model. My 928 had a re-spray by a previous owner to what he thought was a "Classic" Porsche color, it wasn't, and did not look right. I am changing back to the original special order Sky Blue Metallic, then I think it will be classic! HA. Like others have said Silver, in general is commonly associated with Porsche . The variations are secondary and your preference.
