Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Be careful driving into Bristol. Despite being London ULEZ clear, I received a Clean Air zone fine. I never gave it a second thought but I should have paid £9 in advance!
I appealed but no joy.
I live near Bristol, but according to the .go.uk website (
https://vehiclecheck.drive-clean-air-zone.service.gov.uk/air_zones/compliance
), my 2003 C4S is compliant and no charge is required. I didn't think any 996s were an issue? My 2012 Jaguar is definitely non-compliant...
You should be able to get a certificate from Porsche that you can send them that shows the level of NOx is below the threshold and thus is exempt - I had to do this for my 2000 986. Which then allowed my to drive in Bristol or any other city with a clean air zone apart from London ULez which is a separate process(although with the same limits)

My 2003 Turbo has the following:
V.1: CO (g/km or g/kWh) 0.404
V.2: HC (g/km or g/kWh) 0.088
V.3: NOx (g/km or g/kWh) 0.032
V.4: HC + NOx (g/km) 0.120
I understand that the Euro 4 requirements are as follows:
Euro 4
CO – 1.0 g/km
HC – 0.10 g/km
NOx – 0.08
PM – no limit
The Birmingham CAZ requires Euro 4 so no issues there. I'm just waiting for my updated V5c to arrive before I send them pictures of it through the dvla site to get the exemption. Although I probably go to Birmingham from London once a year.
I also did the dance to make mine compliant with the Bristol CAZ, it was a few weeks effort but it was worth it.
1. Request a Certificate of Conformity from Porsche head office.
2. Send to DVLA to update their records, my v5c didn’t have Nox data on it.
3. Bristol CAZ will see the new record and let you through without charging you the annoying amount of £9.
Better instructions in the link above. I live in Bristol so that squashed one of my few complaints with the car really.
I had the same issue in Edinburgh, I paid the fine then appealed showing all the documents I used when I got my car compliant for london ulez. Which as other have stated, you have to write to Porsche to get the documents, then send thoughs to DVLA.
