Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Pelican Parts: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Always meant to make one of these up ever since the first time we dropped a 996/997 motor and had to push the dead vehicle outside............... A trail of Power Steering Fluid would leak out of the open connections. If we plugged them it was impossible to steer the car. Finally made a "Loop Hose" to connect the two PS Lines together. When turning one way, the fluid flows in one direction. Turning the other way made the fluid flow the other. No more trail of fluid. Will be making these up as time allows. Please inquire by email only. Thanks for looking. Len at Autosportengineering dot com

That is GENIUS!!!!! Very cool. Sending to a few shops I know of...Although I think the engines are out of 993's and 964's more frequently... Works on Turbo and GT3 also??
