None for me after one year. Be sure you are checking your oil on a flat and level surface and at the same spot each time. A quart after 1500 miles, if it was full to begin with, sounds excessive.
This is not unusual - Porsche says a quart in 1,500 miles during break-in is normal, although I had hardly any oil usage - read through the threads Santa Fe has so kindly provided for you, and you get a good idea over other's experiences. You also might want to make sure there's no leaks. There have been several people who have reported oil leaks from improperly sealed oil pans from the factory.
As for where does it go when it's burned? Mostly out the tail pipe...

200 ml at 2600 miles. A quart sounds like a lot.
Oil Consumption
I use my CS as my everyday car and in over 8000 miles since my car was new I have added about 5 ounces of oil and only the once at about 1500 miles. None since.
I added about 1 liter in the first 2000km and then pretty much nothing after that, even after extensive track use.
My Cayman went down one notch during the breakin, then stayed there until I drive it on the track at a DE event. Then it went down another notch and has since stayed there, now at nearly 7,000 miles (currently down tweo notches). This leads me to believe that hard cornering does allow oil to be thrown out or burned, but street driving seems to consume little after break in. Individual cars may consume more or less during break in depending on how things initially fit. I did pay attention to the warmup suggestions made by Cayman Club members, especially during break in (Don't drive hard for about 15 minutes until the oil gets up to temperature), but don't let it warm up by idling, rather drive it ~ 3000 rpm until warm.
