I also swapped back to some original wheels that have been on the car and disconnected the battery do do a seat belt change (but had the wrong belts so reconnected it).

So, I started off to do a short test drive to check oil levels and within 300 yards, I get 6 or 7 fault codes.

First time to change the oil on our 2013 991. I also swapped back to some original wheels that have been on the car and disconnected the battery do do a seat belt change (but had the wrong belts so reconnected it). So, I started off to do a short test drive to check oil levels and within 300 yards, I get 6 or 7 fault codes. I never even went over 25 mph and now I head home, give a little gas and the engine revs up but I don't speed up. Off and on the gas, it maintaines speed. I get in the driveway and the parking brake won't activate. And the rear wing is up. I let it sit for about 45 minutes and went to pull into the garage and now, all is fine other than the TPMS learning the new wheels (which I expected). So, another short drive and exactly the same thing. I posted on Rennlist and everyone said "loose connections, week battery". I charged the battery and all was fixed except one engine fault code. Put in a newer battery, deleted the engine code and took it for a 5 mile test drive. Everything was perfect, no codes. A few hours later, decided to take it to the store and about 300 yards from home, all original codes are back. What's going on? Apriciate any suggestions. And Thanks!!

also try the max left and max right steering wheel tuen that clears most weird codes. and a low battery with almost always give random strange codes too.
