This is not a probability of success.

Planned job for early 2016 is a new black cab hood to replace the faded but still watertight almost khaki affair.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Spent the morning fitting the winter wheels and tyres (17" Nokians) - a photo tomorrow for you. I love the fact that somewhere in the rubber writing are the letters M&S - dur... Ultragrips these are not! Having given Ted the beans on a greasy road and got slip in 2nd and then a lovely sideways entertainment I thought I'd bring the back tyres down from 42psi to 36psi in the interests of er... being able to make forward progress actually. Next job this month is 80k service, fitment of quickshift, a professional look at the parasitic drain featurette, fitment of new braided steel flex pipes to go with the new brake fluid. Planned job for early 2016 is a new black cab hood to replace the faded but still watertight almost khaki affair. And at some stage during the winter I need two new Pilot Sport 285/30 ZR 18". I could keep the existing ones but I don't want to end up on the wear bars in the height of summer!

POST 2Original post

If they are 17's they should be 36 psi all round IIRC.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

That's correct Chris whereas my 18" summer tyres are 36F and 42R.
