This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion

If you take a 12volt test light put both ends of the test light on both rear screen wires and switch it on the light hopefully won't come on, this means there's a fuse gone or like someone said a relay faulty or a wiring fault.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, I just realised my rear screen isn't clearing properly. I have checked the fuse and the filaments look ok in the rear screen. Any ideas?? Cheers

POST 2Original post

Isn't there also a relay on the rear screen? Maybe worth checking that too.

POST 3Original post

If you take a 12volt test light put both ends of the test light on both rear screen wires and switch it on the light hopefully won't come on, this means there's a fuse gone or like someone said a relay faulty or a wiring fault. If it does come on the rear screen sound faulty. You say it's not clearing properly then sounds to me that alls working a part from the screen fully. Good luck
