Are all Cayman S's prewired for CD changer installation? And, if so, would I be able to use the CD changer from my Mercedes SLK 320 in my Cyaman S or are they incompatible?

No to both questions. Depending on which system you have, some cables may already be run. But from what I've witnessed and read, power is not run, and if you have sound package plus, the fiber optic is not run. If you have bose, the Fiber optic is run I believe ( I don't have Bose, so I couldn't tell you for sure). As for the cd changer in the SLK, theoretically is a fiber optic cd changer but I believe the connectors are different and the dealer will only code the Porsche cdc-4 changer. I could be wrong about this, as my dealer is not very mod-friendly. - Suneet
