The 997
GT3
seats are unheated and becoming harder to come by.
The 991 GT2 seats have heat and are still available at a few places.
I got mine from
Carnewal
in Belgium.
I'm in Canada so shipping was spendy but it is what it is.
Used seats were selling for price of new so I decided to take the plunge.
For those silly enough to join me, know that the 991 LWB does indeed
plug
and play, with the caveat that you will need to code the weight sensor and passenger seat belt receiver out in order to prevent the airbag light on the dash.
I was able to do with a

GT2 Seats in Black Leather : 991 version - Carnewal
Used ones were selling around 10k usd.
This is where I bought mine from, for brand new.
I saved a bunch by doing my own customs clearance, so no crazy brokerage fees. Just taxes.

So bad ***. I've had the privege of driving a
Boxster Spyder
with Carbon buckets and they really are a game changer. The price is a lot to swallot though.
Next
year I'm going to see if I can get some Recaro Pole positions recovered in sand beige and retrofitted with seat heaters to make a poor man's version.
With Recaro Pole you are missing the side impact airbags that the GT2 seats have, To me this is a game changer.
Follow up,
Changed carpets, center console/shifter and side panels to radio in black to make it balance out a bit better.
✌
Those seats are the real deal. Way to go, I gave up looking for them because the cost on Bring your Trailer got to be around 10k. So you have both the safety and a great seat.
