Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, just been to Porsche Dealer for a Touch up kit on colour L92U (Artic Silver) - in the system they only show L92T - does anybody know if the two codes are actually the same colour Ta.

POST 2Original post

Hi Andy 92U and 92T are both listed as the same colour (artic Silver) 92U is described as water based. From 2002 Porsche used the same code for both normal and water based paints.

POST 3Original post

Andy! As Andy says, L92U is the water based paint used in production, and 92T is the cellulose version you get in the touch-up kits. A list of paint codes is shown here: https://www.porscheclubgb.com/forum/tm.aspx?m=230691
