Does anyone know if you can activate the fuel pump with durametric pro by chance? I was going to make a fused jumper to drain my tank and started to wonder if that's possible. I'm just recharging my battery and haven't hooked it up so I can't play around with it to see.

To my knowledge you can’t run your fuel pump through a Durametric. You can however remove your fuel pump relay and apply a switched or unswitched 12v to get it to run on demand.

I have a Turbo and you can run the fuel pump via Durametric. I can't speak to the NA cars though as the Turbo runs a ME7.8 DME not a 7.2 DME.

To report back on this. The durametric does activate the fuel pump. It made draining the gas tank very simple.

I don't remember the menu labels but basically you are going to look for fuel pump under the actuation menu for the dme. I will connect it again and help with more specifics if you need, but each menu option gives you a series of things you can actuate manually. It's pretty easy to find.

I know that the Professional version works for the 996. In the menu you have displayed, there is an activations link. Within there, you have lots of stuff you can turn on and off. I don't know whether there is one for a 957 though. I've only used it to work on 986, 996, and 997s.(NA & Turbos) So far the 997 Turbo has had the best coverage.
