I would take it back to the shop that installed the IMS bearing. That is not a good noise. What IMS bearing did you have installed?

Almost sounds belt or pulley related. Did they drop the motors for the ims. At a min they should have pulled the belt to lift the ac compressor to get to the tensioner. Take it back.

Ouch !! I get a noxious feeling listening to that..anyone else? Take it back....tow it..I wouldn't drive it until diagnosed (pull the oil filter and look for debris ect) Always install the plain bearing IMS Solution and UAOS before spending a dime on anything else if you plan on keeping the car or daily driving it..

Before you freak out, take it in. Could be something simple the engine otherwise sounds pretty healthy.

Water pump? Bad idler? Alternator bearing(s)? As e30rapidic stated remove the serpentine belt and run for no more than 15 seconds. If noise is gone, then check the items above.
