Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, On my 02 Cab it has PSE fitted, had car about 8 weeks now, not the switchable exhaust, just lous all the time Have noticed a few times now that it seems to "turn itself off", I know that sounds stupid but get home with a big grin from the noise then go out again and its not there! Anyone have any idea, is there something underneath that has been knocked? Thanks Colin Migration info. Legacy thread was 134186

POST 2Original post

It is a standard feature for it to deactivate between 30 and 45 mph (I think). This can be stopped from happening by and indie or there is a procedure on the Renntech forum if you fancy having a go yourself. Migration info. Legacy thread was 134190

POST 3Original post

The quick way would be to disconnect the orange plug in the picture below..... Just make sure you cable tie the ends to one of the pipes close by and cover the exposed plug ends to stop water ingress. Migration info. Legacy thread was 134208

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post
