Hi looking at purchasing either c2s
992
or none s.
Theres quiet abit of a price difference i know the bhp is around 60bhp on the none s version can anybody advise if its worth the extra cash.
I would only by the none s version with
pdk
and sports crono and
exhaust
option.
The c2s is above my budget just dont want to regret buying the none s version

Is this your first
Porsche
? According to Excellence magazine and many others the
992
Carrera
(base) is a rocket-ship. It's hard to imagine you are going to be let down. The S of course is "more" and will carry a higher resell but rest assured the "base" will get you zero to jail cell without breaking a sweat.
PDK
with
sport chrono
shifts like a rifle bolt too.

The sound wave of the S version is not comparable to the normal version. The official website has made a special sound wave comparison. In addition, the red brakes of the S version are specially tuned by Porsche engineers. These are all later normal versions that cannot be upgraded by the original factory. Of course, there are Sports surround, 20/21 wheels, four-outlet exhaust, etc. are standard on the S version, and the normal version cannot choose the performance chassis PDCC and rear-wheel steering, so you must go to the S, the only thing to pay attention to is the reasonable BS according to your own situation Up.
Thanks appreciate your feedback

There are differences:19”+20” wheels vs 20”+21” wheels. Four piston 330 mm diameter brake rotors vs 6 piston 350 mm brake rotors, and the Rear Differential. Oh and there is an "S" on the rear of the car unless you delete the script at no cost.
The "Base"
911
is hardly a basic sports car. Far from it, to say the least! Unless someone is extremely well versed in
Porsche
's, no one but you will ever know the difference. Furthermore, I'd challenge you on anything other than a real race track when you are a really good race car driver to tell me the difference when driving the car. If the visual clues are important, there's nothing a $20 "S" from eBay and a can of high temp Red Spray Paint can't fix!
S not worth the extra cash IMO unless you're tracking or want/need the manual gearbox or other chassis options not available on base (BTW
PTV
+ is available on C4 but not C2). In the real world, base C4 is pulling mid-3 second 0-60s...plenty fast and in the realm of the GT cars of the recent past.
