I've taken the front off previously to clean the rads etc, which is when I noticed how rotten everything was.

I don't know if you will be able to see this thread, which shows replacing the rads on a Turbo, which is very similar:

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

After finding a small puddle next to the drivers wheel for the last few mornings, I have concluded that the rad on that side has finally given up. I've ordered new rads and condensors. The aircon has not worked for the last few months, and won't hold pressure so the condensors are shot (they look like they have been!). And I might as well do them at the same time My questions are - what 'O' rings do I need? and how big a job is it? I've taken the front off previously to clean the rads etc, which is when I noticed how rotten everything was. Dave

POST 2Original post

They are part number 999.707.434.41 @ £3.81+VAT each, and you need 4 of them (2 for each condenser). You may be able to get them from an aircon place cheaper - the PET shows them as 10.6 x 2mm. I don't know if you will be able to see this thread, which shows replacing the rads on a Turbo, which is very similar: https://www.porscheclubgb../forum/tm.aspx?m=690271 This might also be useful, as it shows the mounting bolts for the condensers, and the connection points: https://www.porscheclubgb.com/forum/tm.aspx?m=429801

POST 3Original post

I pulled my bumper, changed the LH O/S AC Rad and re-fitted in 2hrs........... I'm fairly mechanical but the instructions are simple to follow....
