Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I'm pretty sure that the suspension is not bottoming out, but I'll double check from the exterior the next time I drive it.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

I have a fairly steep driveway at home and I have to angle the car to enter/exit without scraping the bottom. However, most of the time it causes the driver's side front wheel to lift off the ground slightly. This places most of the weight on the passendger side of the wheels (front and back). Can this damage the suspension over time? Alan

POST 2Original post

I don't think what you are describing should be a problem for the few moments it takes to get the car in the driveway as long as the suspension doesn't bottom out entirely on the loaded side.

POST 3Original post

I'm pretty sure that the suspension is not bottoming out, but I'll double check from the exterior the next time I drive it. thanks alan

POST 4Original post

I also have an 06 Gallardo which came standard that year w/ front end lift. I can't tell you how awesome it is to have! I would definitely be interested in seeing if there is something similar to that for my Turbo.

POST 5Original post

TechArt does have a solution for that which fits 997s called the TechArt Noselift System .
