Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
I would also check your daylight running lights to see if they are on.

DRLs can be set with the function lever - they have to be turned off to program the garage door openers (interesting process), so I have been through that menu getting that done.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Just got my new C2 (well about 10 days ago). Awesome so far - the car of my dreams.
It is Black/Sand with decent options - just a beautiful car.
I've done 24 years of
BMW
: 325e, 325i, 325is, M3, M3c, M5(e39 - real M5), 550i SMG - time to have a little spice (not that those Ms were slouches by any means).
I love it so far. The
Bose
is a little weak compared to Logic7, but I can live with that.
Otherwise, what a car - I'm still breaking myself in and pinching myself when I look in the garage - "that's
my
Porsche!!! How cool is that."

Congrats and enjoy in the best of heath.
Welcome to the site too!
The E39 M5 was one of my dream cars. I'm curious, does the current 550i exceed the M's performance?
Thanks guys - glad to be here.
550i, eh, no. Hence the 911 as a replacement. In a bout of grand stupidity I let go of that M5 - figured, at the time, surely the new ones would be even better. Lesson learned, I hope.
Pics on the way. Been too busy driving around. :drivingskid:
Congratulations! Keep an eye on the oil level. Some of the new engines including my 09 C4S really go through the oil at first. You probably know that though. I would also check your daylight running lights to see if they are on. Some left the factory not set correctly. They really look fantastic with the daytime running lights on. Enjoy! I've been enjoying switching off between my
2008 Cayman S
and my 2009
Carrera
C4S. Both are just fantastic to drive! Again, congratulations!
Got two quarts in the "boot" just in case - the M5 was thirsty too, so I'm used to that. My first long trip today - 250 miles and oil is fine so far. The M5 would have been wanting a quart or so after this trip.

I'm getting better with the
PDK
- no "backward" shifts today and I actually had the key in my left hand going for the ignition after a fillup too - I'm making progress.
Nice car you have - I looked high and low for Silver/Black. Not that I don't love the Black/Sand, but I bet keeping your car clean is far less of a chore - inside and out.
Congrats on the new C2
Congratulations Stevepow! I'll be picking mine up too, just as soon as my winning PCA Raffle ticket is announced on July 1st.

type997
's avatar has the most
gorgeous
lines I've seen since... since looking at my Cayman's lines this morning!
Re: Congrats on the new C2
I have never seen lower control arms look so, look so, look so ..........type997.Where did you get those lower control arms at in your avatar? Do they make the car handle any better? OH if they look like that i guess it does not really matter.
I too am an enjoying my new 2009 911
Carrera
(Artic Silver/Black). Unbelievable car and am enjoying the
PDK
. Originally interested in Cayman (ordered one last year but was damaged in transit) but decided this year to go with the 911. Not unhappy with my choice in any way.
Never thought just driving around with no real destination would be so much fun.
Recently visited the new Porsche museum in Stuttgart and if you get a change to visit it should not be missed.
Checkered Flag on the Nav destination - killing me :hilarious:
It's the little details like that that make this car. Along with its ever eager attitude and telepathic steering. I just can't get enough - where can I go now? To sleep I reckon
, then I can go more tomorrow....
