I changed the rotors and did a full brake fluid flush when I changed the pads.

Note that, because of the weights attached to the rear pads, it is critical that you use the rear disc hardware kit!

On the recommendation of our 991 brethren, I fitted my car with centric brake pads last summer: https://rennlist.com/forums/991/1064...ic-pads-2.html https://rennlist.com/forums/991/1207...rake-pads.html For my C4S, here are the parts I used: Rear Disc Hardware Kit - 117.37004 Front Disc Hardware Kit - 117.37007 Rear Super Premium Semi Metallic Pads -104.11350 Front Super Premium Semi Metallic Pads - 104.09160 These are from their "Posi-Quiet" line. Note that, because of the weights attached to the rear pads, it is critical that you use the rear disc hardware kit! My previous pads were Textar, and they were fine. I changed the rotors and did a full brake fluid flush when I changed the pads. Braking is still great. With the flush, pedal feel is better. Dust still isn't a problem.
