Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I've been cleaning the car since getting it last friday and moved on to detailing under the bonnet. I removed the plastic trim covers for the dust filter / battery etc and discovered water sitting in the wells on both sides. It took a while to unblock the drain plugs and blow all of the rubbish out with an air hose but it's all spotless now . Worth checking if you don't normally look there as there are some interesting looking electrics that won't like being submerged! Migration info. Legacy thread was 140190
