First thing I would do is disconnect it, check the voltage, clean the terminals and (charge if needed) and reattach the cables.

There are multiple control boxes (You have to do some digging). How old is the battery? First thing I would do is disconnect it, check the voltage, clean the terminals and (charge if needed) and reattach the cables. Sometimes issues are transient. What is the last work you had done?

@Pmkoc Have you tried driving it for a few miles? I had a few similar glitches years ago after messing with several fuses and they all went away after a short drive. The no digital or analog speedo sounds especially familiar.
